Paratransit and Accessibility

The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada’s (RTC) paratransit service is a shared-ride, door-to-door program available for those who are functionally unable to independently use the RTC’s fixed-route system either all of the time, temporarily or under certain circumstances. All paratransit customers are eligible and encouraged to use fixed- route services. Paratransit I.D. card holders can ride any fixed-route or express route free of charge.

National MedTrans Network works with your health plan or community-based transportation program to provide non-emergency medical transportation management services. We coordinate requests for transportation with our qualified

network of vendors based on where you live and the type of transportation required.

National MedTrans Network provides the following modes of service:

In addition to coordinating transportation covered under Medicaid or Medicare benefit plans, we also coordinate discounted senior transportation for:

 Area Agencies on Aging Senior Centers Non-Profit Agencies Social Services Agencies

 Livery & Taxi Wheelchair Van and Ambulette Stretcher Two Man Transportation

  Non-Emergency Ambulance and Basic Life Support (BLS)

Free Shuttle Loop in the

Homeless Corridor!

The City of Las Vegas has launched The Arrow Community Shuttle/ The Arrow will provide regularly scheduled no cost transportation for people experiencing homelessness! This is exciting news as it's designed to help the homeless community travel to and from organizations that provide essential services! The 2 shuttle service will begin at the Courtyard each day and make continuous loops to the selected locations throughout the day. Shuttle participants can board and get off the shuttle at any of the scheduled stop. Arrow Shuttle Schedule and Referral forms are below. Referral form is NOT required to use this FREE service
