Elder HelpLv matches seniors with pre-screened elder care service providers based on basic information that providers make available to us. The seniors specific needs are gathered through our online survey (an " Assessment"), as well as in-person surveys completed in the field by our field survey takers, which they complete and submit to us. The results from the Assessment are then compared against the provider information in our proprietary database. We will identify the providers from our network in their particular geographic area and services provided which meets the needs that the senior has identified for us, we forward the information to the senior as well as the member provider.
